Pregnancy Health Coach
This is the most complete package.
Free video or phone consult.
Monthly 1.5 hours visits prenatally addressing any physical/emotional issues you are having from a nutrition and physiologic perspective (in conjunction with your OB or midwife care), labor prep, post partum prep, and informed consent conversations around common procedures and tests so you can make the best choice for your unique situation.
On-call 24/7 as birth doula and direct text access beginning at 37 weeks.
2 weeks on call breast/chest feeding support and weekly 2 hour visits to support you with recovery, home care, or child care through 6 weeks post partum.
Availability to directly answer questions/concerns by email.
$3000 complete package, $1000 just prenatal health coach (can be virtual).
Doula Services
Free 30 min video/phone consultation and availability to answer questions/concerns by email for all of the following options.
Birth doula: 1 hour in person visits - 2 prenatally, 1 post partum. On-call 24/7 for labor support and direct text access beginning at 37 weeks. ($1300)
Postpartum doula: Acute nursing support plus twice weekly 3 hour visits with meal to support you with recovery, home care, child care or anything else for 3 weeks post partum. Meal focus on science behind post partum digestion’s relationship to post partum depression. ($1200, additional post partum support @25/hour)
Acute Nursing Support: 1 week 24/7 on-call breast/chest feeding support, 1 week scheduled support. Virtual or in person. Helpful for those wanting reassurance or improvement for nursing with a special focus on keeping baby at a healthy weight when there are tongue or latch issues. ($800)
